About

Put away the pen and paper. Choose 3 to 6 players and Scorecard for Wizard handles the bids, tricks and running score for the trick-taking card game Wizard.

It sets the right number of rounds, tracks who deals next, scores each round automatically, and lets you fix an earlier round if something was entered wrong.

How it works

1

Choose the players

Pick 3 to 6 players, name them in seating order, and choose the first dealer.

2

Record the bids

Enter each player’s bid with the + and − buttons, then lock the bids in.

3

Score the round

Enter the tricks each player won, and the scorecard does the math and moves the deal.

Features

3 to 6 players

The right number of rounds for your table, set automatically.

Standard scoring

20 points plus 10 per trick for an exact bid; −10 per trick off.

Fix any round

Tap a round on the scoreboard to change it, and every total updates.

Never lose a game

Continue a game in progress after the app closes; the screen stays awake.

Support

I closed the app mid-game. Is my game lost?+

No. Open the app and tap Continue Game on the title screen. Tap New Game to start over instead.

How do I correct a score from an earlier round?+

Tap Scores (top right) during a game, then tap the round you want to change. The tricks still have to add up to the cards dealt that round.

Why can’t I score the round?+

The tricks won have to add up to the number of cards dealt, which is the round number. Check that every player’s tricks are entered.

Is this the official Wizard game?+

No. Scorecard for Wizard is an independent score-keeping app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of the Wizard card game.
