Organic Games (“the App”) is published by Chad Wallace (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the App does and does not collect.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The App has no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of our own. Apart from the advertising described in section 2, the App does not send any data off your device.
Your best Blitz Pick score and a count of finished games (used only to decide when to ask for an App Store rating) are saved on your device. None of this is sent to us.
The App never asks for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or health data.
2. Advertising
The App shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as your device type and operating system, your IP address (which can indicate your approximate location), how you interact with ads, and diagnostic data. Google receives your device’s advertising identifier only if you allow tracking (see section 3). We do not receive any of this information. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
3. Your choices
On iOS, the App asks permission before it tracks you across other companies’ apps and websites. If you decline, your advertising identifier is not shared and ads are less personalized. You can change this any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), the App also asks for your consent to the use of data for ads, and you can change that choice from the App’s ad privacy settings.
4. Children
The App is designed for high school and college students. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
5. Data sharing and retention
We do not sell or share personal information, because we do not collect any. Data saved by the App stays on your device and is removed when you delete the App. It may also be included in your own iCloud or computer backups of the device.
If the App asks you to rate it, Apple shows that prompt and handles any rating or review you leave; we do not receive any personal information from it.
6. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
